For brunch, there are "eggs Fiorentina," poached eggs with prosciutto in an orange hollandaise served with crispy grated fingerling potatoes; challa french toast with sour cherry vanilla syrup; and a fritatta with seasonal vegetables, potatoes and pancetta.
