A Bowl Full Of Cherries

It's cherry blossom time, and area restaurants get on board with cherry-inspired dishes. At Mio, newly installed chef Stefano Frigerio is serving a decadent foie gras ballontine nicely complemented by dried cherry sauce and cornbread.
