Redwood recently introduced a new fixed-price two-course lunch for $15 and three-course dinner for $35, available through the end of March.

The menu selections change daily but may include dishes such as Atlantic salmon with local parsnip purée, Swiss chard and hazelnut fumet or flat iron steak with potato-goat cheese gratin and housemade steak sauce.

And if you visit Sunday through Wednesday evenings from 5 to 9 p.m., all bottles of wine on Redwood's 125-vintage list are half price. Choices include well-known bottles like Caymus Cabernet Sauvignon 2006, Molly Dooker “The Boxer” Shiraz 2007 and Grgich Hills Chardonnay 2006, as well as small production wines like Bonaccorsi Presidio Vineyards Pinot Noir 2006 and Anaperenna by Ben Glaetzer 2006.
