To Do: Grilling Class At BLT Steak

What: BLT Steak will host a grilling class on its outdoor patio where guests will learn to prepare such dishes as kobe flank steak, panzanella (grilled bread salad), octopus, chorizo, bronzino and grilled peaches.

Who: Chef de cuisine Victor Albisu will lead the class, offering professional tips and tricks to perfect grilling.

When: Saturday, May 16 from noon to 2:30 p.m.

Where: BLT Steak, 1625 I Street NW
