Chef Five Bites: Allison Sosna

Allison Sosna is executive chef of DC Central Kitchen's Fresh Start Catering, which generates revenue for DCCK programs and provides employment opportunities for students of the group's Culinary Job Training Program. Fresh Start offers local, seasonal and sustainable meals for corporations, families and schools. Sosna has previously worked at the Inn At Little Washington, Dean and Deluca, Hook, Lia's, Chef Geoff's.
