Chef Five Bites: Blake Schumpert

Chef Blake Schumpert took over the kitchen at Bethesda's Redwood one year ago. Prior to that, he served as executive chef of Millie’s Diner in Richmond. His cooking résumé also includes Citronelle, Ardeo, Blue Hill at Stone Barns and the Michael Mina Group.
