Chef Five Bites: Chris Watson

Native Virginian Chris Watson is the chef de cuisine of Brabo by Robert Wiedmaier and Brabo Tasting Room in Old Town Alexandria. He got his start in Richmond at The Commonwealth Club and The Jefferson Club, before heading to Texas and then LA where he was the restaurant chef for the Regent Beverly Wilshire Hotel’s fine dining room.
