
Ghassan Jarrouj is the executive chef of the new Turkish restaurant
Agora on 17th Street. The Lebanese native was the personal chef for three US ambassadors to Lebanon in Beirut from 1987 to 1996. He served as executive chef here in DC at
Neyla from 2000 to 2006 and at
Taverna Kefi in Wheaton.
