Hey, Metrocurean fans! I'm super excited to announce that Metrocurean will be relaunching very soon with a fresh look, more of the content you know and love, plus lots of exciting new features. In partnership with the talented Interface Media Group, Metrocurean will be rolling out regular video features, as well.

Today, you get a little sneak peek of what's to come with a look at Capitol Hill's brand spanking new We, The Pizza. I sat down with chefs Spike Mendelsohn and Michael Colletti to talk toppings, "Capitol Hill-style pizza" and the perfect dough.
