Bar Chef Five Bites: Rico Wisner

As bar supervisor and bartender at Poste Brasserie for more than four years, Rico Wisner creates many of the innovative cocktails served in the restaurant and at his garden punch bar. He also gets to pull inspiration and ingredients from chef Rob Weland's lush organic garden in the courtyard.
