Chef 5 Bites: Andrew Markert

Andrew Markert recently joined Peter Smith's kitchen at Penn Quarter's PS 7's as executive sous chef. Prior to that, Markert was head chef at Arlington's Tallula and EatBar. The graduate of Johnson and Wales University in Rhode Island has also cooked at Vermilion, Dish, Notti Bianche and Citronelle. Here are his 5 Bites.
