Local Couple Gets A Kitchen Makeover On A&E

I recently heard from Metrocurean reader Elizabeth Skane who was pretty thrilled to be getting a new kitchen in her Takoma Park home. After seeing this Metrocurean post for a kitchen makeover TV show, Skane decided to apply and was ultimately chosen to appear on A&E's new show "Fix This Kitchen."


On the show "conspiring family members team with celebrity chefs to surprise homeowners
with complete kitchen makeovers fit for a gourmet cook." Elizabeth surprised her husband Will Wheeler with a makeover created by host Nicole Facciuto and chef Marcus Samuelsson.


The episode airs Nov. 13 at 10 a.m. on A&E. Here's a peek at the makeover:
