The Winner Of The Le Creuset Is...

Hundreds of votes were cast in Metrocurean's Le Creuset One-Pot Giveaway but one recipe reigned supreme among readers: the Braised Short Ribs (with a kick) from Teresa Weaver of, appropriately enough, Le Culinary Creusette.


The voting was remarkably even but Teresa's recipe captured a majority with 30 percent of the vote.
