Matchbox Rockville

Matchbox's wood-fired pizza and addictive mini burgers have hit the Maryland burbs. The popular pizza restaurant's fourth and largest location opened in December at 1699 Rockville Pike. The 400-seat location offers two patios with fire pits, and will serve lunch and dinner daily and brunch on weekends.


“We felt that Rockville is a great place to be and is also underserved,” said Perry Smith, one of the four partners of Matchbox. “When the opportunity arose to be part of such an amazing community, we couldn’t pass it up.”
