5 Bites: Jenny Poole

Growing up in Herndon the daughter of an Italian mother and a father
hailing from Baltimore, her fondest memories as a child involve being
exposed to new foods on special occasions — sampling the pupu platter
from a Chinese restaurant one Christmas Eve and testing out cannoli from
Vaccaro's Bakery the next.
Today, Jenny enjoys catching
Washington Rugby Football Club games, dining on NY Strip cooked up by
her talented boyfriend Dumont, and visiting New Orleans for a Ramos Gin
Fizz.
