Chef 5 Bites: Elizabeth Petty

Elizabeth Petty is the creator of Elizabeth’s Gone Raw
(1341 L St. NW), a high-end raw and vegan fine dining experience
typically hosted on weekends. Petty offers a five-course menu ($75) with
optional organic and biodynamic wine pairings ($30). These are some of
