
Manhattan barbecue joint Hill Country is now serving its signature ribs, sausages, brisket, chicken and pork in a 13,000-square-foot space in Penn Quarter. The meats are slowly smoked over Texas oak and served by the pound on butcher's paper. Accompaniments include baked beans, chipotle deviled eggs and PB&J cupcakes.
