• Metrocurean is powering through a pork hangover today after judging Sunday's Cochon 555. Scott Drewno, executive chef of The Source, bested the competition, including Hank's Oyster Bar's Jamie Leeds, Bourbon Steak's Adam Sobel, Ashby Inn's Tarver King and Volt's Bryan Voltaggio, to be crowned the Prince of Porc.
