DC Dish: Peter Smith



It's tea time in this episode of the DC Dish. Chef Peter Smith of PS 7's shows me how to make a beautiful scallop dish infused with several different types of tea. The chef, who sources his teas from DC's own Teaism, was playing around with herbal tisanes as a cooking ingredient during the Cherry Blossom Festival.
