Noah Dan is founder and chief of all recipes at Pitango Gelato. The boutique gelatería is opening a fifth location in Capitol Hill in late June. Spending summers in Trieste, Italy, as a child inspired Noah’s simple flavors, which feature premium organic ingredients.
