Daisuke Utagawa of Sushiko and Yama Jewayni of Eighteenth Street Lounge are teaming up to open a Japanese restaurant and ramen bar in Chinatown.
The new restaurant will fill an empty lot at 705 Sixth St. NW, right next door to Mike Isabella's Graffiato.
Former Cafe Atlantico chef Katsuya Fukushima has been tapped as chef for the project.
