Chef 5 Bites: Alex Vallcorba & Edan MacQuaid

Alex Vallcorba (near right) and Edan MacQuaid, chefs at U Street's Local 16, bring their own experience, preferences and cooking styles to the table. Alex is inspired by traditional Spanish small plates and Edan is known as one of the best pizzaiolos on the East Coast. The one thing they do agree on is the food prepared by the DC restaurant where they first met, 2Amys.
