The Pig
EatWell DC, the restaurant group behind Logan Tavern, Commissary, GrillFish and The Heights, are bringing a nose-to-tail restaurant to 14th Street in spring 2012.
The Pig, located at 1320 14th St. NW, will feature produce from EatWell's farm in La Plata, Md., and pork from a Maryland producer. Also on the menu: eco-friendly wines, small batch bourbons and craft cocktails.
The 72-seat restaurant will serve dinner nightly. Plans also call for weekend brunch.
