Chef 5 Bites: Ari Gejdenson

DC native Ari Gejdenson wound up in Florence, Italy when he was recruited to play soccer internationally. It was there that his passion for food took off. He opened Florence’s first American diner, Ari’s Diner, and later served as chef at the original Acqua Al 2. He now oversees the kitchen at the Capitol Hill location of Acqua Al 2 DC.
