Chef 5 Bites: Dan O'Brien

Serving up your weekly 5 Bites today is Dan O'Brien,
former executive sous chef at Bibiana and now the chef and co-owner of Seasonal Pantry. The Ninth Street shop sells small-batch products from pickles to pastas (all you readers looking for duck fat, give Dan a call!) as well as prepared foods like chicken pot pie and seasonal soups. On weekend nights, Seasonal Pantry transforms into an intimate supper club, where a multi-course menu with wine runs $90. For details on upcoming dinners, check out the site.
