This summer when the Fancy Food Show rolled into town, I spent a day combing the aisles for great tastes and good stories.

Here, I chat with Sarah Cohen, whose family owns the Tabard Inn, about how they also launched the wildly successful Route 11 Potato Chips company. I'm kind of obsessed with the Chesapeake crab flavor.
