Video: Spotlight on The Virginia Chutney Co.

This summer when the Fancy Food Show rolled into town, I spent a day combing the aisles for great tastes and good stories.

After cooking pasta with the charming Lidia Bastianich and trying to get Patti LaBelle to sing Lady Marmalade (no go), I caught up with some of the mid-Atlantic's most interesting food producers.

In this video, I chat with Clare and Oliver Turner from The Virginia Chutney Co. From spicy plum to hot peach to rhubarb, the chutneys are perfect with cheese, smeared on turkey sandwiches or served with pork. I always have some stashed in the pantry.
