I was crazy about coffee ice cream as a kid. Probably an early indicator of my coffee habit as an adult.
Now I have a new favorite vehicle for consumption: Cork Market's delicious ice cream sandwich made with Stumptown coffee ice cream and a rich chocolate cookie with just the right hit of salt.
Makes the coffee-swilling adult in me feel like a kid again.
